What are the payment conditions?
All projects installed by Allunox are payable 30 days upon completion of our work. All orders that are supplied only are payable upon pick-up at our shop in Laval.
What is the required minimum height of my railing?
The national building code of Canada requires a minimum height of 36’’ (915mm) if there is a possibility of a fall greater than 24’’ (610mm). However if the fall is greater 72’’ (1830mm) the railings must be at a minimum height of 42’’ (1066mm).
What are the laws regarding railings/fencing around a pool?
Any railing or fence around a pool must have a minimum height of 48’’ (1220mm). It must also have a self-closing gate equipped with a self-latching latch.
Where are your products fabricated?
All our products are fabricated at our shop in Laval, Quebec. Also all our extrusions and/or materials are purchased and/or manufactured by Canadian companies.
How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us by phone or e-mail with your name, phone number and address and a representative will call you back on the next 24 to 48 hours to book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. Furthermore our representatives come and meet you free of charge!
Do you have some railings that are more robust than other?

What is your guarantee?
All our aluminium products are covered by a 20 year limited guarantee and a 5 year full guarantee.
